NCR Voyix, Bath, UK, is seeking a Software Developer I to join the Engineering team in a hybrid role. You will contribute to edge CI tooling and collaborate with developers across the organisation to deliver robust, scalable software.

Ideal candidates have a numerate degree and hands-on experience with Go or Python, Linux, Git, and cloud-friendly tooling. The role operates with flexible hours, 9:30–16:00 core hours, and requires occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate discipline.
• Strong development skills – clean code, agile, SOLID.
• Working knowledge of Go or Python.
• Linux OS and Bash experience.
• Git in a multi-developer environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop world-class build, deploy and test tooling.
• Collaborate with team lead and architects to define backlog stories.
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Liaise with QA and internal stakeholders to ensure the right solution.
