Cleaning Assistant | 8037 | permanent contract | 22.2 hours per week | £14,193 per annum | Grade A | Norwich

To work as part of a team to ensure the cleanliness of all Front of House and communal back of House areas of Norwich Museum Sites.

Do you have experience of cleaning in a busy public building with good communication skills and customer awareness?

Maybe you are outgoing and willing and able to undertake necessary training to develop and learn on the job.

Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace is advantageous.

You must be polite, able to work as part of a small team and have the initiative to work independently.

You will be required to follow instructions given by the daily Supervisor and complete tasks to a high standard.

Museum experience is NOT required and there is no upper age limit.

Working days are varied Monday – Sunday including regular weekend working, bank holidays, and occasional evenings.

The shift pattern for this role is on a two-week rota:

  • Week 1
    Friday 0800-1600
    Saturday 0800-1600
    Sunday 0800-1600
  • Week 2
    Monday 0800-1600
    Tuesday 0800-1600
    Saturday 0800-1600
