Commercialisation Executive, Faculty of Engineering, London

Imperial College London is seeking a Commercialisation Executive to join their team supporting the commercialisation of medical and health-related technologies arising from the Engineering Departments.

The role involves promoting the College’s capabilities and licensing portfolio, securing income through commercialisation and collaborative research, and assessing research ideas to bring technologies to market through industry collaboration, licensing, or spinout formation.

Ideal candidates will have experience in strategic partnerships, licensing, or deal making within a biomedical or related environment, with skills in relationship management, intellectual property, and project management. Knowledge of MedTech and Bioengineering, along with experience in a licensing role within a Technology Transfer Office or industry, is preferred.
