£35,692 - £37,571 per annum

We are a well-established charity providing supported living services to adults experiencing mental health challenges, often alongside issues related to drug and alcohol dependency. Our person-centred approach empowers individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives within the community.
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Area Lead to oversee a portfolio of supported living services across the Liverpool-Cheshire region. This key leadership position involves operational oversight, support, and direction to a team of up to 4 Service Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant support services. The role is primarily field-based, with time spent within services and with frontline teams. Occasional home working is also possible where appropriate.
You should have experience and good understanding of Supported Living and Drug and Alcohol Models, along with a track record in developing Business Plans and managing budgets. Experience in Business Development, Innovation, and contract management—either with service providers or commissioners—is essential. You should also have experience conducting, verifying, and reporting on casefile/service audits, interpreting management information to improve service performance, and using judgment appropriately while delegating tasks.
