We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house team and help deliver outstanding experiences in both our restaurant and bar areas. If you’re passionate about service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising restaurant and bar service, ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience
• Leading the front-of-house team during shifts, acting as a role model and point of contact
• Delivering warm, knowledgeable hospitality in line with Cubitt House standards
• Supporting team training, pre-shift briefings, and daily operational flow
• Handling guest feedback with confidence and discretion
• Opening and closing the site as required, including cashing up and reporting
