They’re looking to hire another Training & Competency Supervisor. This is a newly created role to support continued business growth.

It’s a classic T&C role, focusing on supporting the development of the financial planning team and implementing the Training & Competency framework. You’ll conduct onboarding and sign-off of new financial planners as well as ongoing supervision to ensure competencies are maintained.

The role is based out of the firm’s office in Birmingham City Centre. It’s a hybrid working model whereby you’ll be working in the office 2 days a week and from home for the other 3. The business also operates very flexible working hours so you can work around any outside commitments such as childcare.

You’ll be experienced as a Financial Planner / Adviser or Paraplanner and be qualified to at least CII/RQF Level 4. You’ll also have a strong technical understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting the wealth management sector.
