About Our Client

My client is a regulated and fast-growing UK bank headquartered in London, specializing in payment solutions for the global economy, working in both developing economies and growth markets.

They are looking for a Personal Assistant on a 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover, supporting the COO and other members of the SLT.

Job Description

  • Diary Management for the COO and other members of the SLT
  • Arranging travel for members of the SLT
  • Acting as Personal Assistant to members of the SLT
  • Handling tasks such as photocopying, presentations, answering phone calls, typing and finalizing documents, and managing expenses
  • Covering other support team roles when required, such as reception duties
  • Organizing team communications
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work towards deadlines
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Suite and strong PA experience
  • Multi-tasker
