Project QS / Senior QS required for Essex based specialist subcontractor
I have an immediate requirement for a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor to work for one of my clients, a specialist subcontractor based in Colchester,
They have a T/O of c. 5m and work for Tier One and Two contractors nationwide and want to focus more on work in London and the Northern Home Counties.
The role will involve full commercial management of their projects, office-based with site visits as appropriate.
They're looking for a QS with experience of running their own projects from start to finish, preferably multiple projects concurrently, whether from a main contractor or subcontractor background.
The role will pay up to c. 65k plus car, travel and package.
