Job Description

The Marketing Manager, Carbon Products, is a pivotal role within the Commercial marketing team. You will align sales, product, and marketing efforts, lead product positioning and branding, develop lead generation strategies, and contribute to the company's growth. This hybrid role combines product marketing and demand generation, focusing on launching and expanding a strategic new product portfolio.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Lead go-to-market campaigns for new products by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to generate demand and grow pipelines.
  2. Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase lead flow, deepen existing customer relationships, and establish new ones within current accounts.
  3. Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and collateral to communicate product benefits effectively.
  4. Develop targeted account-based marketing strategies to enhance engagement and revenue from high-value clients.
  5. Analyze performance metrics, hold teams accountable, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  6. Coordinate with sales to ensure understanding of marketing activities and seamless lead handoff, maintaining feedback loops.
  7. Manage events and partnerships for the Carbon portfolio, aligning with strategic goals.
  8. Build and refine nurture programs, employing A/B testing and optimization to guide leads through the funnel.
