CNC Turner Job Opportunity

Join a well-established engineering company based in the Preston area as a CNC Turner. As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include selecting materials from racks or machines, operating CNC machines, and possibly loading or unloading vehicles while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Job Overview

• Setting and operating CNC machines
• Maintaining warehouse traceability
• Ensuring accurate material cuts
• Preparing customer orders
• Checking incoming and outgoing deliveries for quality and quantity
• Operating forklifts (if authorized) to gather materials and recording information on job sheets
• Using appropriate measuring equipment

Job Requirements

• Experience with CNC machining, preferably with Fanuc or Siemens systems
• Good organizational skills
• Reliability and dependability
• Physical ability to perform job duties
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake various tasks
• IT skills for using scanning systems

Salary & Benefits

• Full-time, permanent position
• Working hours: Week 1 - 6am to 2pm; Week 2 - 2pm to 10pm
