1. Deliver an exceptional Bath & Body Works experience, including advising and selling products while representing the brand.
2. Stay informed about new products in the fragrance and skincare market.
3. Provide friendly and professional service, helping customers find gifts and products, demonstrating enthusiasm and product knowledge.
4. Follow training guidelines and take charge of your own development.
5. Maintain health and safety policies for the safety of the team and customers.
