HR Professional with Workday Testing experience

LHH is seeking a qualified candidate to join our client’s team as a Workday System Tester. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement in Richmond, VA. The role involves performing Workday system testing, troubleshooting, and making testing strategy recommendations.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Workday System Testing: Conduct End-to-End, User Acceptance, and Regression Testing using Workday test environments.
2. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve issues in Workday Benefits & HR Services systems.
3. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Engage with partner teams to resolve system issues/defects during testing.
4. Participate in Agile Pod Work: Work as a team member in Agile pods to enhance associate experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• Workday Testing Experience: At least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace: Strong skills in Google Workspace tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Attention to Detail and Decision Making: Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
