Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The role requires maintaining high standards in service delivery and adhering to all SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.

The successful candidate should contribute to the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities for further development. Building positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and striving for continuous improvement are essential. All operations must comply with Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

You should be able to work independently where appropriate, be reliable, hardworking, and professional. The role involves working to a schedule, being a team player, and continuously seeking service improvements.

While experience in cleaning is preferred, training will be provided. Candidates should have a good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie.
