You will learn administration, sales, and marketing skills to help forge a career in the property business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading estate agents as an apprentice and gain a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification alongside your role via Babington.

Your Role as an Apprentice:

Reporting to the branch manager, your duties will include:

1. Supporting sales and general business through administration.
2. Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Registering customers and assisting them in their property search.
4. Visiting properties as part of your duties.
5. Canvassing for potential business and sales.
6. Carrying out accompanied viewings with customers.
7. Opportunity to earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training that complements the Apprenticeship. For the right candidate, there is potential for career progression within the estate agency field.

Skills required to be a successful Apprentice Estate Agent:

• A desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Focus on customer care and customer service.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Committed to achieving the Apprenticeship.
• A full UK driving licence or working towards one.

Training provided:

• Ongoing training and support in the workplace.
• Achievement of a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification via virtual learning, with 1-2-1 coaching and workshops.
• Support for Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English if not already achieved.
• Successful completion may entitle you to student membership of the National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
