What You’ll Do

As a Patient Support Agent at Doccla, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our patients and clinical partners. You will:

  • Provide friendly, professional support to patients and clinicians using our services and medical devices.

  • Resolve queries and offer clear, empathetic guidance via phone and email.

  • Educate users on how to get the most from our remote monitoring tools.

  • Work within healthcare regulations, ensuring data protection and patient safety standards are upheld.

  • Support and mentor team members, especially new joiners, fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in patient experience.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Essential skills and qualities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (healthcare experience is a bonus, not a requirement).

  • A proactive and positive attitude.

  • Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software.

  • Experience using customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar).

  • A reliable internet connection that supports video calls.

  • Flexibility to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotating basis (shifts between 8am–9pm).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, tech support, or virtual services.

  • Familiarity with operating in a regulated environment.
