Social Media Manager, Health Tech

Salt have partnered with a pioneering business in the wearable tech space. My client has developed a product that is essentially a window into your health and nutrition. This is next generation technology that will guide the consumer into making better decisions around health, weight loss, and athletic performance. My client has set up a new business within their corporation, so expect a start-up vibe but with the benefits of an established business.

The Role:
  1. Lead on the day to day management of all social media platforms including ideation, creation, and publishing of content.
  2. Create and execute social media and content strategy.
  3. Set and adhere to brand tone of voice across all social output.
  4. Use social listening tools to track performance of posts and use insights to inform future decision making.
  5. Set and deliver KPI’s to measure success across reach, engagement, and growth.
  6. Collaborate with wider team to ensure wider marketing goals are being adhered to.
  7. Respond to, and create buzz amongst community.
The Person:
  1. Ideally comes from a highly regulated industry.
  2. Relevant experience managing social media channels.
  3. Data driven with a creative mindset.
  4. Able to work in an agile way – this is essentially a start-up (but within a corporation) so expect to have to switch up ways of working.
  5. Problem solving skills.
  6. A start-up mentality, with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ way of working.
