Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. Reliability and willingness to learn are essential.

Duties Will Include

• Ensuring all staff meet product and service standards
• Providing high levels of guest care and meeting financial and business goals
• Representing the General Manager in their absence
• Conducting quality training and coaching
• Monitoring compliance with legal and company requirements
• Adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and COSHH legislations
• Leading departmental inductions
• Completing performance reviews and setting objectives
