Wealth Management Associate

Leading Specialist Wealth Manager, Based Central London

£42,000 - £46,000 + Excellent Package & Bonus

An award-winning London-based Wealth Management Company is looking to expand their Wealth Management Associate team. This is an exciting time to join the company as they have strong investment plans to significantly grow through 2025. You will work closely with a Wealth Manager helping with the management of client relationships and technical administration.

Specifics of the role will include:

  1. Prepare client meeting packs, meeting notes, and presentation material.
  2. Assist with pre-client meeting research; preparing cashflow plans, client reviews, and portfolio reports.
  3. Process all new business, ensuring company processes and procedures are adhered to.
  4. Maintain contact with clients, resolve queries, direct enquiries, and manage the relationship in a professional manner.
  5. Process fund switches and update valuations, client details.
  6. Co-ordinate client reviews, ensuring consultants have the required information.
  7. Help consultants with diary management and organise meetings.
  8. Prepare client recommendation letters based on meeting notes and information provided from the Wealth Manager.
  9. Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring the best levels of client management are maintained.
  10. Attend client meetings when required and help build relationships.
  11. Have a desire to learn, develop and advance your technical knowledge and skills.

Minimum Requirements:

To apply for the role, you MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE gained from a similar organisation – ideally Wealth Management, IFA, Investment provider, or similar Financial Planning firm. Exposure to working with High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth clients would also be an advantage. You will also need to display excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to do well with an all-round positive and enthusiastic approach.
