Role Overview
You are the face of our business, placing the customer at the center of everything you do. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner, you show genuine interest in their needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and thank customers warmly, wishing them a fond farewell to ensure a memorable experience.
- Provide exceptional service by using your product knowledge to help customers find the best items for them, both in-store and across multi-channel sales.
- Handle sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
- Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and setting up new stock on the shop floor.
- Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
- Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
- Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
- Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR compliance.

Experience
- Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Confidence to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Team-oriented with good time management skills.
