Machine Operator

The Thrive Group is currently looking to recruit mechanically minded Machine Operators to work in a fast-paced production environment. The role is an ongoing long-term temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for high-caliber workers.

Shifts: 6-2/2-10pm/10pm-6am (Rotating) - You must be able to work all 3 shifts.

Pay: £11.44 p/h for the first 12 weeks (overtime available)

Location: Bradford

The Candidate:

• Experience: Strong experience working in a production environment.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanically minded and able to understand the machines they are working on, with the ability to self-diagnose when issues arise.
• Work Environment: Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Machine Operation: Extensive experience operating machines.
• Physical Fitness: Fit and healthy, accustomed to heavy lifting.

Job Role:

• Operating machinery.
• Checking products first and last off.
• Self-diagnosing machines while working.
• Attempting to fix minor problems.
