Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at ASJ for an administration assistant to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team and play a key role at the school as it continues to evolve as part of Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust.

This vacancy has arisen due to the departure of a valued team member, who is moving on to new opportunities. We are grateful for their dedication and positive impact at ASJ. This role offers an opportunity to build upon their excellent work.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Understands the importance of excellent attendance and can support the school in promoting and maintaining high levels of pupil attendance.
  2. Has experience in administrative tasks within a busy environment and can confidently manage a range of office systems and procedures.
  3. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, remaining calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.

  1. Showing enthusiasm for raising aspirations and supporting staff, pupils, and families through efficient and friendly administration.
