Job Description: Care Assistant at HC-One

In your role as a Care Assistant at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every team member understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories to tell.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus remains on delivering the highest quality service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver care that respects residents' dignity and individuality, involving yourself in their daily activities.
• Support residents with limited mobility, emotional needs, or end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
• Recognize and respond to signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and report concerns appropriately after attending safeguarding training.
