Your Role:

The Campus Director is responsible for leading the London campus, implementing strategic goals, and supporting the Glion Leadership Team in fulfilling its accreditation and legal responsibilities in the UK. The role involves aligning campus activities with the organization’s mission and ensuring the achievement of annual goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administration and Support: Serving as the primary communication link to Glion’s Leadership Team, implementing policies, and acting as a liaison between the UK campus and global leadership.
  2. Program and Services: Ensuring high-quality educational programs aligned with GIHE policies and enhancing student experience; maintaining consistency across policies, processes, and procedures worldwide.
  3. Financial Management: Preparing and managing the annual budget; reporting on financial and operational progress through monthly reviews.
  4. Human Resource Management: Providing effective leadership and personnel management according to policies.
  5. Facilities Management: Coordinating with landlords and external service providers to ensure efficient campus operations within budget.
  6. Legal: Ensuring compliance with UK legal frameworks, including UKVI, Health and Safety, and employee welfare; liaising with Swiss departments for consistency.
  7. External Relations: Representing GIHE UK to stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and proactively seeking information to inform policy and development.
Profile and Experiences:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s, or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum five years of executive-level experience in higher education and/or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in international and educational management.
  • Financial management knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Passion for education.
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams in an international environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Type of contract: indefinite period.
  • Activity rate: 100%.
