Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting educational excellence? This is your opportunity to make a real impact at North Kent College.

Working with both our Teaching & Learning and Welfare & Safeguarding departments, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support and seamless coordination across both teams, working closely with the Heads of Department and Assistant Principal for these areas.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with initiative and ability to manage their workload, prioritising effectively to manage multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing key processes and procedures within the teams, in addition to attending key meetings to capture minutes and keeping records up to date. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in Microsoft office who adapts a methodical approach to their work and can adapt their communication to suit a wide-range of stakeholders.

The Role

Where you’ll work: Location can be flexible to meet successful candidate, however the nature of the work will require regular travelling to any of the College’s campuses as required.

Your hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.

Your pay: £24,672 per annum
