Join us as a Customer Services Assistant in a part-time, evening, term-time role, working 16 hours per week. The position is fixed-term for 12 months and can be based at any Weston-super-Mare campus. Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Providing a responsive reception service that exceeds customer expectations and maintains the College's reputation.
  • Assisting with switchboard services to achieve a minimum answer rate of 95%.
  • Providing clerical support to the CIS team as required.
  • Assisting with communication services including Livechat, email, and WhatsApp.
