Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Global HR Payroll Innovation Manager to ensure efficient, compliant payroll processing across L&G regions. This role acts as the main link between HR, Tax, Finance, and Payroll teams (internal and external) to improve and redevelop payroll and benefits processes, including technology development and future-proofing strategies.
The scope includes managing domestic and shadow payrolls for the UK alongside global payroll teams.
