Job Description

We are seeking a Team Member for our Cash team at the Shared Service Centre in Glasgow. You will ensure the accurate allocation of cash received for the Group and that all daily transactions are reconciled according to Heathrow Controls Processes. This role offers the chance to contribute to a well-established team delivering tangible benefits to the business and provides opportunities for career growth within an organization with an internationally recognized brand.

Your role will involve

• Being responsible for the accurate allocation of all cash received for the Group.
• Interacting proactively with the business and customers to resolve queries related to cash management, ensuring process compliance.
• Assisting with processing daily income for Heathrow Express.
• Reconciling daily car parking and other income files to ensure received monies match expectations per online booking systems.

These Skills Are Essential

• Intermediate MS Excel skills, demonstrated through practice or learning.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly numerate and literate, with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
