We are looking for a dedicated & experienced Radiographer with proven team leadership and communication skills, to be responsible for the operational management of Imaging services ensuring optimum use of staffing and equipment resources throughout the department in conjunction with the team of Modality Leads.

- The purpose of the Imaging Operational Lead Radiographer is to ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of high-quality Imaging services across all modalities.
- This includes the comprehensive operational management of the department in collaboration with the Modality leads, focusing on optimising allocation and utilisation of both staffing and equipment resources to meet service demands effectively.
- You will be actively contributing to the strategic management and development of specialist imaging services, working collaboratively with modality leads to enhance service provision and introduce innovative practices while ensuring efficient resource deployment.
- Professional leadership of the radiography team. You will be responsible for fostering a supportive and high-performing environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction to radiographers at all levels of experience.
- Furthermore, the role demands a steadfast commitment to patient well-being, requiring you to maintain a sensitive and courteous approach in all interactions and to champion a patient-centered ethos within the department.
- Imaging operates across 4 sites, so the role requires effective collaboration and coordination amongst your peers and stakeholders at different locations to ensure equitable service delivery and resource management.
