What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and lead long-form YouTube content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.
  2. Analyze YouTube performance data to identify trends, optimize video content, and drive growth.
  3. Collaborate with producers, editors, and creators to brainstorm and shape high-performing video formats.
  4. Guide the creative direction of thumbnails, titles, and metadata to maximize click-through and watch time.
  5. Stay informed about YouTube culture, algorithm changes, emerging formats, and competitor strategies.
  6. Present actionable insights and creative recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.
Who You Are:
  1. 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or digital video production (YouTube-specific preferred).
  2. Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, algorithm, and audience behavior.
  3. A creative storyteller with a keen eye for what makes content clickable, watchable, and shareable.
  4. Skilled at interpreting data and translating it into compelling creative decisions.
  5. Experience working with influencers, creators, or in a branded content environment is a plus.
