Finance Manager

Location: Louth

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on your next leadership role in a dynamic and highly respected company?

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our clients' financial operations and play a pivotal role in helping to analyse and grow their financial position.

The Role of Finance Manager includes but is not limited to:

  1. Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  3. Manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficient resource allocation.
  4. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  6. Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  7. Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  8. Oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities including UK GAAP, HMRC, Data Protection.
  9. Prepare detailed reports for earnings to present to the leadership team.

The ideal Finance Manager:

  1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  2. Motivated and results-oriented with a blend of technical expertise and leadership ability.
  3. Proven experience in a similar role.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  5. Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
