Job Purpose
GC Partners is looking for a driven and experienced White Label Foreign Exchange Dealer to join our London office. In this role, you'll work closely with our white label partners to provide FX solutions under their own brand, helping them grow their service offering while delivering market-leading execution and support.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your FX dealing expertise with relationship management, supporting financial institutions, brokerages, and other partners in delivering tailored foreign exchange services to their end clients.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of white label partners, executing FX trades (SPOT, Forwards, NDFs) on their behalf.
• Execute trades across multiple platforms with a range of liquidity providers, ensuring best pricing and timely delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with partners, becoming a trusted point of contact for FX execution, support, and market guidance.
• Provide market insight and deal structuring support to help partners deliver value-added FX services to their clients.
• Collaborate internally with onboarding, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
• Achieve key performance targets including trade volume, partner revenue growth, retention, and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partner relationships, increase wallet share, and grow the white label book of business.
• Gather and relay feedback to product and technology teams to improve systems and partner experience.
• Exhibit GC values: accountability, passion, integrity, excellence, collaboration and personalisation.
• Accountable for understanding Consumer Duty policy and procedures; partnering and collaborating within the team to achieve set standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Prior experience in FX dealing, ideally in a white label or partnership environment.
• Understanding of FX products (SPOT, Forwards, NDFs) and execution processes.
• Familiarity with white label business models and how FX services are integrated into partner platforms.
• Understanding of compliance in regulated financial services.
• Background in finance, economics, or business is a plus.
