Role:

SAP Finance Process Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Lead finance transformation initiatives, utilizing your experience, process knowledge, and product skills.
2. Design, advise, sell, and manage programs to define industry-leading transformation projects.
3. Enhance skills through training and certifications across ERP, CRM, SaaS, and cloud platforms, driving opportunities for personal and organizational growth.
4. Bring a minimum of 15+ years of experience in leading finance transformation, process design, and BPR for large-scale ERP implementations.
5. Serve as a senior trusted advisor for complex multinational finance processes end-to-end.
6. Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, translating requirements into design documents.
7. Define finance strategies, governance, and process architecture based on S/4HANA Finance technology.
8. Possess deep business process knowledge and hands-on ERP experience (preferably SAP S/4HANA Finance or Oracle Cloud Finance). Design processes for enterprise-level transformations, especially for cloud/S4HANA migrations.

Skills Required:

1. Deep understanding of how various enterprise application tracks (inventory, costing, procurement, etc.) integrate with F&A functions.
2. Architectural expertise in major ERPs like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, or Fusion Financials.
3. Experience in greenfield implementations and global rollouts.
4. Ability to lead solution discussions, design workshops, and present to senior leadership including CFOs and Controllers.
5. Hands-on consulting experience with ERP transformations (S/4HANA, SAP ECC FICO, Oracle Cloud Financials, etc.).
6. Proven ability to define strategies for new installations or conversions based on client needs.
7. Skilled in developing system requirements, designing prototypes, testing, training, and support procedures.
8. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining focus.
