Job description

Voltage TV is seeking experienced Production Managers (Welfare PMs and Challenge/Build PMs) to join our team on a returning large-scale reality entertainment / adventure programme.

Dates:

Mid-June 2025 – Mid-October 2025

Abroad from:

Late August 2025 – Late September 2025

Location:

London-based (WFH/Office Hybrid) / Abroad shoot location TBC

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Welfare PM or Challenge/Build PM is highly desirable.
2. Previous experience on large-scale entertainment / location / abroad shows is highly desirable. (Please specify experience in your cover letter if applicable.)
3. Overseeing abroad logistics (flights, carnets, visas, vaccinations, accommodation, etc.)
4. Overall finance management and tracking, overseeing the cost manager, cost negotiation.
5. Liaising with local fixers.
6. Music and archive clearance. Managing the set-up of Albert.
7. Overseeing talent/crew/contributor welfare.
8. Assisting with hiring and contracting staff/crew including checks on their right to work, monitoring holiday and sick days, and overall welfare of the team.
9. Proactive problem-solving skills, confident communication skills, impeccable attention to detail.
10. Fluency in Arabic would be a bonus but is not a mandatory requirement.
