About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to turn bold ideas into real-world digital solutions. As a Venture Architect, you’ll take innovative concepts from vision to reality, shaping business cases, validating new digital products and services, and building the foundation for scalable success.

You'll be at the heart of our digital growth, championing early-stage ventures, guiding them from inception through launch, and helping the wider business take them to scale.

What you will bring to the role:

1. Develop and execute business cases for new digital products and services, from concept to early-stage validation.
2. Lead the setup and delivery of new ventures, ensuring alignment with KPIs and growth potential.
3. Use market research and customer insights to identify and shape high-value digital opportunities.
4. Oversee venture pipeline development, including lead qualification, performance tracking, and documentation.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and internal teams to drive venture success and customer impact.
6. Manage the transition of proven ventures to the broader business for scaling and long-term growth.

About you:

1. Proven experience in venture architecture, business model development, or early-stage product commercialization, ideally within digital or SaaS environments.
2. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn customer and market insights into actionable business cases.
3. Track record of successfully leading and launching new digital initiatives, with clear alignment to KPIs and measurable outcomes.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high autonomy and accountability.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
6. Familiarity with data-driven decision making, including CRM tools and venture performance metrics.
