An established industry player is seeking dedicated Class 1 Drivers to join their team in Swindon. You'll be responsible for securing loads and performing essential vehicle checks. are on the lookout for Class 1 Drivers to support our well-known client based in Swindon.

Note: You must have held your Class 1 licence for at least 2 years to be considered.

Role:

Class 1 Driver

Pay:

£16.85 - £21.00 per hour

Time:

03:00-09:00 starts. Flexibility is required between these times.

Shifts:

Shifts can vary from 10 to 13 hours. Guaranteed 8 hours.

Days:

Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General haulage, delivering products to customer sites and ensuring delivery instructions are followed.
• Securing your load and ensuring it is ready for transport.
• Hauling products to various locations across South-East/South-West UK.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, recording information, and reporting any defects.
• Handling an average of 2-5 drops per shift.

Requirements:

• Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
• CPC Card
• Digi Card
• Held Class 1 licence for at least 2 years
