Job Description:

The Line Controller is to assist the OTL in the manufacture of quality products and meet production needs with due regard to Customer Specification, Hygiene, Site Rotation Policy, Health, Safety & Environmental Procedures, Production Control and Productivity.

Shift pattern: B Shift - 223 shift pattern 06:00-18:00, Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday; Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Department: RTC Slicer

Pay rate: £14.43 per hour

Free transport: from Boston, Sleaford, Grantham and Lincoln

Location: Main Street, Anwick, NG34 9SL

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote health and safety for oneself and others; report issues and accidents.
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards in production.
• Ensure productivity standards; work in any area as needed.
• Overtime and outside core hours may be required.
• Reduce environmental impact through waste reduction and recycling.
• Understand Moy Park processes; develop relevant skills.
• Maximize line efficiency; monitor product quality and labeling.
• Suggest improvements; communicate with management.
• Understand machinery operation; liaise during shift changeovers.
• Complete paperwork accurately; manage labor and break timings.
• Coordinate training for staff and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Maintain hygiene and security standards; work overtime as needed.
• Report any issues affecting the company’s security or reputation.
• Undertake other duties as assigned; manage training for colleagues.
