About the Job:

We are seeking a Night Luggage Porter to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Key responsibilities include:

1. Tidying the luggage area and Concierge desk as required.
2. Managing the main telephone switchboard when needed.
3. Handling requests at the Concierge desk professionally and courteously.
4. Assisting in hotel security by reporting suspicious persons or activities to the Night Manager.
5. Preparing proper handovers for the morning shift.
6. Delivering extra beds, turndown beds, and cleaning rooms as requested by the Night Manager.
7. Parking cars safely and issuing correct dockets with complete details.
8. Preparing Banqueting Boards and guiding guests to functions.
9. Being aware of work schedules and providing adequate notice for absences.
10. Reporting incidents, complaints, suspicious persons, or hazards immediately.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A UK driving license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills, capable of providing personalized and professional service.
• Knowledge of luggage handling procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
