Job Title: Operational Resilience Platform Specialist (Salesforce Administrator)

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Bradford, Petersfield, Chatham or London

Working Pattern: Hybrid—typically a couple of days a week in the office. Part-time or flexible arrangements are considered to support work-life balance. The Role:

You and Your Team:

This role focuses on the development and delivery of Operational Resilience tooling (Fusion, a salesforce hosted platform and Everbridge) across the Group.

You'll play a key part in driving the road map for tooling to support the Group to ensure it can operate its Important Business Services within Impact Tolerance during periods of disruption. The primary function of the role involves managing and configuring updates and enhancements to our resilience tools, Fusion Risk Management and Everbridge Crisis Management along with supporting the wider team on the delivery of Operational Resilience, Crisis Management and Third-Party Risk Management to meet regulatory requirements

As a Operational Resilience Platforms Specialist , some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Day to day management of the Operational Resilience Tools (Fusion and Everbridge) including access management, training, and data quality.
  • Basic configuration of Fusion fields and processes to ensure data captured is relevant to Vanquis.
  • Supporting the development of a roadmap of system changes and enhanced functionality to Operational Resilience Tooling that supports the Groups ability to meet its key Operational Resilience and third-party risk management strategic objectives.
  • Managing and undertaking testing for major tooling releases and agreed deployment changes.
  • Ownership of processes to ensure accuracy and effective data capture for operational resilience and be able to create reports for both internal reporting, audit reporting and external regulatory reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Salesforce based platform administration or Fusion Risk Management
  • A good understanding of the Operational Resilience and Third Party regulatory requirements and how they relate to Tooling.
  • Technical problem solving
  • System API knowledge beneficial
  • Strong influencing skills with an ability to explain complex topics in a succinct manner with experience of pitching to senior audiences.
  • Collaboration and confident stakeholder management skills.
