Our client, a well-established company, is seeking a dedicated Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team on a temporary basis in Exeter. This role presents a great opportunity for an individual with a proactive approach and strong communication skills.

The Role

As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring smooth logistical processes. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of order processing and communication with both clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Logistics Coordinator: -

  • Process customer orders, queries, credit requests, and information requests accurately and promptly
  • Manage and develop key accounts, implementing best practices for efficient service delivery
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to meet customer requirements effectively
  • Produce sales reports and continuously improve systems and procedures for enhanced efficiency

Requirements of the Sales and Logistics Coordinator: -

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Proven experience in a B2B Customer Service environment
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively contribute to company goals
