Team/Role Overview

Citi’s Investor and Issuer Services support the full securities lifecycle including issuance, custody, funds servicing, lending, and collateral services. Citi provides services to global blue-chip financial intermediaries and investors across over 100 markets, maintaining a leading market position.

What you’ll do

You will support our digital assets agenda by providing expertise and driving development of solutions like tokenization and custody. Responsibilities include product development, legal & risk analysis, supporting technology and operations, governance, commercial models, and sales support.

Manage initiatives to develop new capabilities, work with business owners to prioritize and implement changes, and support product implementation and engagement with partners across functions.

Prepare business requirements, scope, governance documents, and manage approval processes. Act as a digital assets subject matter expert, contribute to strategy, and represent the firm externally.

Build partnerships with external suppliers, support sales by communicating developments, and collaborate with Operations & Technology to develop capabilities. Ensure risks are understood and mitigated with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.

What we’ll need from you

Hands-on experience with digital asset solutions such as custody, tokenization, and fund services is essential. Strong understanding of digital assets, crypto, tokenization, and DLT is required. Prior experience in product management roles and knowledge of risks, controls, and compliance are necessary. Experience within Financial Services or Fintech/crypto providers, and client-facing experience are desirable.
