Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves working remotely, with occasional travel to London. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, and configuring Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
2. Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
3. Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Skills

1. Proven background as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst.
2. Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management experience.
3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
4. Ability to travel to London 1 to 2 days per month.

Experience Requirements

Familiarity with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or experience in the non-profit sector. We would also consider applicants with experience in the media or retail industries.
