Your new company
We are seeking an experienced development professional who is capable of operating at an Assistant Head Of level, working for a dynamic public-sector developer, who are offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in impactful projects within a fast-paced development environment. Are you ready to bring your expertise and leadership to a high-profile development team?

Your new role
You will support the Head of Development in an interim capacity, leading and providing strategic direction for ongoing housing development projects, ensuring efficient delivery and compliance throughout. You will manage project lifecycles, including risk assessments, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, whilst providing strategic insight into development initiatives and plans.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working in the housing development sector will be important, including excellent project management skills with the capability of handling complex development initiatives. An ability to navigate regulatory environments, and provide expert advice on planning and development matters will be important. You will need to be based in the South of England, and have access to a vehicle with full UK driving licence.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial 6-month interim contract offering between £450 - £500 per day (umbrella rate). There is an opportunity for this contract to extend further, and could progress to a permanent position (if desired). Hybrid working arrangements and flexibility are encouraged and welcomed.
