Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected BD Partner based in the UK to open doors, introduce XpressViews to consulting and PE firms, and drive client conversations in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers at consulting firms, private equity funds, and corporates
  • Pitch XpressViews’ expert consultation offerings and delivery capabilities
  • Set up introduction and scoping calls with prospects
  • Collaborate with our India-based sourcing and operations teams for seamless delivery
  • Provide feedback on client expectations and market dynamics
KPIs & Targets
  • Facilitate 10–15 qualified meetings per month
  • Target 3–5 active clients by Q3 2025
  • Maintain a lean but high-quality pipeline of engaged leads
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in business development, client-facing consulting roles, or expert network platforms
  • A strong network in the UK’s consulting, strategy, or private capital ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with the expert insight or B2B service space is a plus
  • Independent, reliable, and motivated by performance-based rewards
Compensation
  • Commission-based model on successful client closures
  • Milestone-based bonuses on monthly/quarterly performance
