Job Description

As HR Change Lead, you will oversee the HR aspects of a global systems implementation, managing people-related impacts throughout the project lifecycle.

  1. Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring effective communication across the business.
  2. Oversee workforce planning and assess impacts on the operating model.
  3. Implement training programmes to support a successful 'go live' in the UK, and future rollouts in Europe.
  4. Manage and guide a small HR team to support project delivery.
  5. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate people-related elements within the project.

The Successful Applicant

Significant HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record leading change management in large-scale global projects.
Strong understanding of global systems implementations and their workforce impact.
Excellent communication skills and experience leading change.
Flexibility to travel to the North West of the UK on occasion.
