Must for the Role – Demonstrated BPM (Large deal) sales experience. Ability to convert deep knowledge into selling transformation-driven outsourcing.

Consultative Selling is essential—a blend of Technology & BPM expertise. Help WNS penetrate large deals and win new clients. Hunting expertise is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have deep domain understanding of Airlines, Hospitality, Cruise & OTA/TMC sectors.

Must have strong cross-functional experience in driving business transformation, growth, and development within these industries. Capable of sourcing, qualifying, strategizing, pitching, and closing large/complex multi-tower BPM deals.

  • Understanding of operations and cost structures in Travel & Leisure industry.
  • Domain expertise – Airlines, Hospitality, Cruise & OTA/TMC.
  • Strong connections with industry influencers and decision-makers.
  • Experience in selling large, complex, multi-tower BPM services.
  • Creativity and innovation in cross-functional selling, with professional presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain profitable executive relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization.
  • This is a UK-based position; applicants must be authorized to work in the UK.

What will you do

  • Develop and manage relationships with key individuals at target companies, including C-level executives.
  • Engage with industry leaders to articulate solutions and understand industry environments.
  • Drive regional business development and monitor opportunities across Europe.
  • Present compelling demonstrations of WNS services/solutions.
  • Lead the sales process to close deals, demonstrating WNS’s value.
  • Negotiate sales to maximize profits.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts through pipeline analysis.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources to pursue opportunities.
  • Prioritize sales activities and follow up promptly.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of WNS services through ongoing training.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
