Job description

Admin Scheduler Role - Newtownabbey

£13.26 per hour, plus holiday hours, with weekly wages paid the week following your working week.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm; Friday, 8.30am - 4pm; total of 37 hours each week.

This is an ongoing temporary contract.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must provide evidence by the closing date that they meet at least one of the following:

  1. Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent professional or technical qualification (Level 3) plus at least one year's relevant general administrative experience.
  2. Have five GCSEs (Level 2) or equivalent qualification plus at least two years’ relevant general administrative experience.
  3. Can demonstrate three years’ general administrative experience and ongoing learning through relevant courses or supported workplace/on-the-job training.

Relevant Experience

Candidates must demonstrate the relevant number of years’ experience in:

  • Providing an administrative service.
  • Engaging with customers and staff to coordinate service delivery.
  • Using a range of computer packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Administrative Schedulers diagnose and record maintenance repairs for tenants, working with others to resolve issues and support the DLO Manager in delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email.
