• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.
• Work effectively with sales targets.
• Ensure all client records are up to date before and after treatments.
• Maintain and clean all machines regularly.

4# Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or higher required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not required).
• Team player who collaborates well with others.
• A positive and friendly attitude towards clients.
• Attention to detail when handling client records.
• Excellent standards regarding Client Experience.
