Customer and Service Coordinator

Location: Congleton (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive Salary DOE + Company Pension Scheme + Bonus Scheme + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Death in Service + Health Cover + Training

Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week - Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00, Friday 08:30 to 15:30

Overview:
Customer and Service Coordinator required for an industry leading provider of laboratory equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within a position that offers variety during an exciting time of company growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing customer relationships - acting as a 'trusted advisor' and their main point of contact.
  2. Oversee the delivery of multiple projects at a time, including monitoring the quality of service and balancing customer requirements and internal resources.
  3. Lead an engineering team of eight, offering guidance, conducting reviews, and identifying training needs.
  4. Management of resources and budgets.
  5. Identify process improvements.
  6. Provide the Head of Operations with sales support, including preparing quotes and presentations (training provided).
  7. Using CRM to take customer orders.
  8. Occasional travel to customer sites for site surveys.
  9. Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days working from home.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Experience with delivering professional services.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Office.
  3. Leadership experience.
