Working Pattern:

Full-time, 5 days a week in-office

Are you an organised and personable individual who enjoys being at the centre of a close-knit team? A leading global advisory company is seeking a Junior Team Assistant to provide seamless support across front-of-house, coordination, office management, and admin functions.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping others stay on track. You’ll be the welcoming face of the office, a go-to person for internal teams, and a reliable support to senior executives.

Key responsibilities:

As a Junior Team Assistant, your role will cover a broad mix of duties including:

  1. Acting as first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails – creating a professional, friendly front-of-house presence
  2. Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  3. Providing PA-style support to the wider team (e.g., booking travel, processing expenses, creating itineraries)
  4. Coordinating international travel and accommodation for visiting teams
  5. Preparing meeting rooms and materials, including Board papers and presentations
  6. Keeping the office well-stocked, organised, and running efficiently day-to-day
  7. Supporting ad-hoc team admin, scheduling, and internal communications
