The Role
As Project Lead / Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that every aspect - from planning and procurement to delivery and handover - runs seamlessly. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading large-scale healthcare construction projects from inception to completion
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Overseeing project teams, including contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Driving project performance to ensure programme, cost, and quality targets are met
• Mitigating risks and identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges

About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering large, complex healthcare schemes. You'll need to be confident, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Strong experience managing healthcare construction projects (e.g., hospitals, clinics, or research facilities)
